IN THE BULGARIAN CAPITAL - SOFIA - THEY WANT TO KILL PETS. The Mayor and the ecology commission want to ban the keeping of more than two animals on the citizens' personal property.
Together with the police, the municipality will confiscate the « surplus » pets and impound them in the stray dog destruction facility - Sofia's isolator in the village of Seslavtsi.

After he'd been neutered and ID-ed according to the accepted procedure, Lindo was wrongly impounded in the Sofia isolator - three times. The third "accommodation" of the dog in the "death camp" proved fatal. Although his friends acted fast for his immediate release, although they took care of him, Lindo was not able to recover and passed away… barely three years old. Another wonderful pal of the neighbourhood's children was gone…
Can we stop these murders?
