Animal protection NGO's are preparing a brief on the grounds of which they will urge the closing down of these KILLING STATIONS, called private isolators, before Bulgarian and European authorities. Back in the spring of 2005 Ms Barbara Rütting, an MP from the Bavarian Landtag, filed in the Chief Prosecutor's Office 103 pages of evidence for the gross violations of law in the dog isolating stations in Bulgaria.
